It's Back!!  The Fourth Annual Home-to-Home Foundation Bowl-a-Thon will be held on November 11, 2007 at Lakewood Lanes in Waterbury, CT

 

We hope that you will consider supporting The Home-to-Home Foundation through sponsorship of or participation in our Fourth Annual Bowl-a-Thon, “Frames for our Friends”.  Your donation will enable us to enhance the lives of thousands of nursing home residents in the Greater Waterbury area.  Join Maria Conlon, UCONN Women's Basketball Alum for a great day of charity bowling!  Fun for the whole family!  Consider a birthday party for a great cause!

PLAYERS

  • A captain for each team should select a team of 4 members (including captain.)

  • Each team must raise a minimum of $150 to participate. 

  • Team captains must register the team by October 26, 2007.

  • Payment is due at time of registration.

  • Captains should indicate a bowling time preference: 12:30-2:30 pm; 2:30-4:30 pm; or 4:30-6:30 pm. Times will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis so register early!

  • Prizes will be awarded to the team that raises the most funds!

  • All proceeds will be used directly in support of the Home-to-Home Foundation programs and are tax-deductible.
